Q. What are your fees?

A. You can rent an appliance for a low monthly cost of about a dollar a day. Fees vary depending on the model of the appliance. In addition to the monthly rental fee, there is also a one-time $50 install charge and a $50 deposit.

Q. I don’t have a credit card. Can I still rent an appliance?

A. We’re sorry but @HomeRentals requires credit card payment.

Q. I’m having a problem with my appliance, what do I do?

A. Call toll-free 877-296-8163 to arrange a FREE service call. Or, if you prefer, you can request service online.

Q. What happens if my appliance breaks? Will I be charged?

A. Service is FREE with your @HomeRentals appliance. If there is ever a problem, we’ll come out and fix it or replace it for no charge.

Q. My dryer isn’t getting my clothes dry. What’s wrong?

A. The most common reason for poor dryer performance is a dirty lint tray. Be sure to clear the lint before each time you dry your clothes. If the problem still persists, call toll-free 877-296-8163 or request service using our fast online form.

Q. I’m moving and need to arrange to move or pick up my appliance. What do I do?
